These terms apply to advisory sessions, digital guides and publications, and physical materials aimed at supporting pensioners in making informed coverage decisions.

3. Service Offerings

3.1 Advisory Sessions: Personalized consultations to identify suitable plans based on individual needs.
3.2 Digital Guides: Downloadable documents and resources delivered electronically.
3.3 Printed Materials: Physical booklets and brochures shipped to your address.

4. Scheduling and Access

To book a session or request materials, please use our contact form. Confirmation details will follow within two business days.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are charged at the time of booking or purchase. Accepted payment methods include most credit and debit cards.

6. Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Advisory Sessions

If you cancel at least 48 hours before the session, you are eligible for full reimbursement through the original payment channel. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for reimbursement due to preparatory efforts. You may request to transfer your session date up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

6.2 Digital Guides

In case a digital guide is defective or inaccessible, notify us within 7 days for a full reimbursement through the original payment channel. For assistance, use our contact form.

6.3 Printed Materials

Physical materials may be sent back within 14 days if undamaged and in original packaging. Reimbursement (refund) is processed through the original payment channel upon receipt and inspection. Alternatively, you may hub for a comparable item. Shipping costs for sending materials back are covered by you.

6.4 Non-refundable Cases

Certain expedited sessions or highly customized plan development are non-reimbursable due to dedicated resource commitment. Such cases will be clearly identified prior to confirmation.

7. Modifications to Terms

Terylix reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance.
